In March of this year we began a project to extend our Family Room by 300 sq. ft, and to completely remodel our kitchen at the same time. After completing with the architectural plans, we went out and got the customary three bids. We choose Branded and Max (Topp< Construction), and we are very glad we did.
I think you should know that they were not the low bidder, but what led us to choose them was that we knew that they had thought through our project, and there wouldn’t be any surprises as the project went forward. They detailed the costs in such a professional manner that we knew right away that they weren’t shooting from the hip.
What really impressed us is the professional way Branden and Max have worked with us over the past couple months. When we began this project we knew that it would require some sacrifice and inconvenience. However they have made an extra effort to stay on top of the project, work around us as necessary, keep the project moving along, they’ve allowed us to make minor modifications, as they became apparent etc…
We can unconditionally recommend Topp Construction for any remodeling project. It has been a pleasure working with them, and we are very grateful that we choose their company to do our expansion / remodel project.
