Lisa and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks and congratulations on the remodel / build out job your team did on our basement. We are exceptionally pleased with the product, process, and price.
To that end, we welcome the opportunity to extend our letter of recommendation for you Brandon, and your entire Topp Construction team. For the benefit of your prospective customers, I would like to offer the following information:
Topp Construction was charged with frame-out, build out, and finish work adding over 1,800 square feet of living space to our unfinished basement. This effort included: The frameout and addition of three bedrooms The creation of an integrated entertainment center and living room area A new furnace and AC unit All new basement windows The completion of a full bath with oversize shower The completion of a second laundry room with ¼ bath The design and build out of a full bar and mini-kitchen All necessary tile, carpet, carpentry, paint and other finish work
Put simply, we are thrilled with the work, attitude, and finished product provided by Topp Construction. Frankly, we consider ourselves demanding, but fair customers. I suspect Brandons crew would suggest that we are more demanding than fair sometimes.
Nevertheless, Brandon, his crew, and his subcontractors listened to what we wanted, asked relevant and intelligent questions, and built what we wanted. In every case, the Topp team provided a series of cost and finish options, let us know about any problems we might encounter with our ideas, and worked with us to find agreeable solutions.
Moreover, Topp Constructions attention to detail and proper finish work was astounding. The walls are true, the sheetrock is level and clean, and the paint work is fantastic. Time and again, the Topp Construction and the subcontractors were unrelenting in their pursuit of quality workmanship, and that effort is clear in the finished product.
The net result was astounding. We got a beautiful finished basement that exactly meets our request and, more importantly, our ideas of what we wanted. If there is one aspect of Topp Construction that we found most unique it was the ability to take our ideas and turn them into reality at a fair price. While Topp was not our low (or high) bidder, their work is worth every penny. Based upon our experience and the compliments we get from friends and family every time they come over, we offer our strongest possible recommendation for Topp Construction.
