We highly recommend Topp Construction and Branden O’very for any building need.
In 2004, we decided to replace our inadequate small carport with a
two-car garage. We chose Branden over two other contractors for his
persistence in wining the bid and his promise that he would do an
outstanding job. We were not disappointed; he was true to his word.
The work was started on August 30th, 2004 and completed in early
November. Shortly after the ground was broken, Branden was called out
of town for a week. We were very impressed with the way Max took
over, he was very knowledgeable about our project and we feel that
the progress was no at all impeded by Branden’s absence. Later,
unusually heavy rain delayed the work for a couple of weeks. The rain
exposed a weakness in the driveway; Branden has the concrete
contractor replace several sections. When that didn’t completely
resolve the problem, Branden continued to work with the contractor
until a solution was found.
Throughout the construction period, Branden and Max were in daily
contact with us, always ready to answers questions or make
suggestions. They closely supervised the sub-contractor and resolved
all problems that arose in a timely manner. They also regularly
consulted with our architect, making the necessary changes the city
required.
Because of the slope of the yard the construction was no as simple as
most garages are. A lot of backfill was required. The foundation work
was extensive. Branden scheduled all work to make it as convenient
for us as possible.
We are very pleased with the final results and will not hesitate to contract with Branden again we are ready for our next project.
