We employed Topp Construction to build an addition to our home. We were very specific and particular about what we wanted after spending considerable time and means on architectural plans. We interviewed five different contractors and spoke to several others before deciding on Topp Construction. Branden OVery, General Contractor for Topp Construction, not only presented himself and his business professionally, but negotiated fairly and competitively from the very beginning. He was clear and knowledgeable from the outset and very open and honest. He earned our confidence by agreeing to a completion date and cost structure which they adhered to.
Over the course of construction, which took a little over three months, Topp was able to deal with the difficulties and concerns that arise periodically with remodeling projects. They used our plans as their marching orders and worked meticulously to adhere to the details. Our desire from the outset was to have our addition appear as much like the original home as possible and be consistent in style both inside and out. They understood this completely and marshaled a group of absolutely excellent subcontractors to assist in their work. This is one of Brandens and Topps greatest strengths. Together, they worked quickly and professionally with a high level of competent craftsmanship. In addition, they were open to our suggestions and went through the entire construction with our satisfaction as their main goal.
