We recently completed a basement finishing project with TOPP Construction, Inc. and are thrilled with the results.
We decided that we wanted to finish the basement only months before a new baby joined our family, so we were working on a pressure deadline. We had several binds and were impressed by Branden OVerys professionalism and commitment to quality including the legal details of building permits, etc.
Branden was aware of our time constraints and finished well before the baby was due. He also took charge of the project in a way that pleased us, since we wanted to the match the look of the upstairs with making a myriad of decisions about everything. Branden made sure that the pain, carpet, doors, tile, fixtures, etc were matched to our existing home and even the extra step of suggesting an arched doorway that would be similar to one upstairs.
In the few instances where we had some unusual requests (a dutch-door for an under-the-stair play area, craft shelves, an oversized double shower), Branden accommodated those wishes and made them happen with a minimum of difficulty.
TOPP Construction personnel were courteous and friendly, and I appreciated Brandens efforts to keep us informed of scheduling and timing. They did the work without disturbing the neighbors and with little disruption to our own living space and household. The most impressive part of the project was Brandens desire to have us happy with the results. He also put himself out to do the little extras like moving exercise equipment and swing set boxes that were definitely above and beyond the call of duty.
